SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Attention: Grads
Each year, St. Joe’s is proud to offer over 20 scholarships and bursaries to our graduating students donated by friends and sponsors of our school.
A committee of staff members and parents will select the winners and announce the names at graduation.

You’re eligible for these awards if you:
- are a graduating student who will be in college or university in September
- have a pretty solid academic record and
- have been involved in the life of the school and the community.
Come into the Guidance Office and follow the directions to request an application.
The deadline for submission is Thursday, April 26th.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Art In The Park is now accepting volunteers for their annual event June 2nd and 3rd!!!
The Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board is
pleased to be a part of the Focus on
Youth summer program for children. There are volunteer
opportunities available.

Model UN Debate Team:
There is an important meeting today after school in room
155. All members must attend in
preparation for the debate at the University of Windsor.
Please bring your signed
permission forms with you.

SENIOR BOYS SOCCER
Your Senior Boys' Soccer team won their first match of the
season in a convincing fashion with a 3 - 0 victory over
Massey. Scoring goals were Jon Minga, Mateo Aleksic, and
Mike Zivcic. Earning the cleansheet was Haiden Gelinas,
and leading a rock solid defence was Alex Kosak. The boys'
season continues Thursday, here on our field at 4pm against
Catholic Central .
A reminder that there is a boys baseball practice today after
school. Please dress warmly. Also, please see Miss
McGuire
if you can not make this, as some of you need to sign the
WECSSA Code of Conduct or you will not be allowed to
play
in our first game on Monday.
