ATTENTION SINGERS

There is MANDATORY choir practice today at lunch in room 256. If you intend on singing in the mass tomorrow, you MUST be there. Once again, there is a MANDATORY choir practice today at lunch in room 256. 

OPEN POETRY CONTEST

Storytellers Book Store is sponsoring a poetry contest in conjunction with the publication of an anthology of poetry written by local poets. Submit up to ten poems by Friday April 20th.  The winner will receive $100 and his or her poems will be included in the published anthology.  Please see Mrs. Koppeser or the Literary Laser Board next to the upstairs elevator for more information.

E-LEARNING SUMMER SCHOOL

E-learning Summer School courses are now open for registration.  Only online courses are available at this time.  Any students interested in registering  must make an appointment to see their guidance counsellor.

BOYS BASEBALL
Boys BASEBALL tryouts resume tomorrow, TUESDAY, MARCH 20th at 3:00 in our gym. A heartfelt thank you to those who have come out so far! We had a great turnout. If you were asked to return for tryouts, please arrive dressed tomorrow and ready to go! If you are unable to make this important tryout, please see Miss McGuire in room 206 during per. 1, 3 or 4 as soon as possible.  

GIRLS SOCCER

Attention all girls who are trying out for the senior girls soccer team.
This is a reminder of our meeting today at the beginning of lunch in the weight room.

DANCE TEAM

This is a reminder to all Dance Team members to get your $43.70 in to Miss Donais before Wednesday to claim the Dance Team jacket you ordered.
Dress Rehearsal begins today after school in the cafetorium. All dancers are expected to perform.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
