ATTENTION SHSM STUDENTS

 This is a friendly reminder to all Business SHSM students about our meeting today at the beginning of lunch in Rm. 253. See you there!

 SOCIAL JUSTICE CLUB 

 The Social Justice Club will meet today, at lunch, in Room 257.
ATTENTION SINGERS 

 This is a reminder that there is a choir practice after school tonightt in room 256. Please get there quickly so we can start right away!

JR BOYS HOCKEY

The boys lost 2 tough games yesterday and hope to rebound today against St. Annes. Outstanding goal tending by Brady Kalyn kept the team in both games. The boys will be excused today at 12:45 and a reminder to bring Tuesdays practice fees to the game.

BOYDS BASEBALL 

There will be a brief but mandatory BOYS BASEBALL meeting today during the second half of lunch in the Learning Commons Centre.  This is to discuss our home opener game scheduled for Monday, April 16th.  A final reminder that if you have not yet signed your WECSSA CODE OF CONDUCT you will not be allowed to play.  There are still three players who must do this.  

DODGE BALL 

Dodgeball signups are the rest of this weeke and next week in the atrium. Teams are made up of 6 players and it must be CO ED. It is $6 to sign up, please come prepared with a team name, players and the money. If you have any questions or concerns contact Leighton Merts or Evan Ferguson.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
