WRESTLING TEAM
People work hard to get the things that they really want. Do you want a better body? Wrestlers look healthy, fit and muscular because of the way they train. You don't necessarily need separate workouts for cardio, strength, endurance and agility because you get all of that in a single wrestling practice. Sign up on the list outside of Room 162, or speak with Mr Menard or Mrs. Carpio-Sementilli for more information.

ONTARIO DAY
Every October The Children Aid Societies across the province work with their communities to raise awareness about the rights of children, youth safety and well-being, and the responsibility of adults and community services to help children and youth who need support. On Ontario Day, Wednesday October 24, we join together to celebrate this community that cares for kids. We are asking that all staff and students wear purple on that day to show their support.  Students are to wear their uniform bottoms.

Please join us and wear purple on Wednesday, October 24.

Reminder to all students interested in participating in this year's Copa di Rayo 3 v 3 indoor lunch soccer league registration is due this Thursday to Mr. Castagna in CORE Services, Room 151. If there are any questions or concerns please see Mr. Castagna in Room 151.

BLOOD DRIVE
