CURLING

All students who have signed up for curling, there will be a brief meeting today at lunch in room 202.

If you can't attend, reminder that tonight is the Curling Clinic at Roseland Golf and Country Club at 3:30pm. Bring a clean pair of shoes and dress in warm, loose clothing.

BOY'S HOCKEY

This is a reminder that our second tryout for the boys hockey team is Tuesday October 31st at 3:40 p.m., in the AM 800 rink. There are still positions at goal tending that are available. Any grade 9 players or any who have played at the goal tending position are welcome. Remember that the tryouts are $10.00.

TAKE YOUR KIDS TO WORK DAY

A reminder to all Grade 9 Students:
  • Take Our Kids To Work Day is Wednesday, Nov. 1st  
  • Students that did not hand in their consent forms this morning may hand them in directly to the attendance office before period 1tomorrow morning.
  • Additional consent forms are available in the guidance office.  Please make sure to fully complete the form including your homeroom teachers name
  • Students that do not participate in the Take Our Kids To Work day will be expected to attend class on Wednesday and ready to do work as per the teacher’s instruction. 

SAC T-SHIRTS

Any Student Council members who ordered a shirt please visit Mrs. Spadotto's room, room 154 today at lunch to pick it up.

Winter Ball

Winter ball is on Friday Nov. 17. Contracts for Winter ball will be handed out at the Laser box continuing today and tomorrow at lunch . Tickets will  be sold Wednesday Nov.1-Nov.7. Tickets are $40 each and only 280 will be sold so first come, first serve! 

Dance Team 

There is a mandatory meeting for Dance Team at lunch today in room 254

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
