Friday's Announcements

JUNIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Congratulations goes out to the junior boys volleyball team for their SMASHING win against Massey last night. It was a hard fought battle, with many long rallies. But the team managed to come back after a 23-25 first set loss, and win game 2 and 3! Amazing hits by Brayden Walls, Brandon Gaudreau, Tayo Alalade, Simon Edmondson, Gabe Rosete and Ezra Fogal.

Remember to attend Saturday's practise if you are able (2-4pm) and SET YOUR ALARM CLOCKS for Monday's 7am practise!

JUNIOR FOOTBALL TEAM

On Wednesday your junior football team battled Essex and the elements and settled for a 20-20 draw. Defensively your Lasers stifled the Essex offense only allowing long scores on a few breakdowns. Jordan Goulet and Jack Ryan lead the way with some highlight reel hits!!! Offensively the Lasers moved the ball all over the field, but untimely turnovers prevented them from taking the W! TDs were scored by Daniel Pahuyo on runs of 6 and 56 yards. And Jason Nuzum on a 1yd run. Up next Belle River.

WRESTLING

Wrestling is starting next week, anyone interested should sign up on the sheet outside the phys-ed office.
