OECTA YOUNG AUTHORS CONTEST
Recently, St. Joseph's students submitted their writing to the OECTA Young Author's Contest. Thank you to all who submitted their work. The pieces were judged last week and these are the results. Mackenzie Anderson is the poetry winner of the Junior division (grades 9 & 10). Angela Ilievska is the poetry winner for the senior division (grades 11 & 12). Isabella Gallucci is the winner of the senior play. Her play was 3000 words, and Clementine Guarini is the short story winner for the senior division. Mackenzie, Angela, Isabella and Clementine are asked to see Dr. Brode in room 208 at lunch today for their prizes.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS SHSM
Attention SHSM students in Health and Wellness. Check your emails... Mrs. Lalonde has sent you information about the upcoming CPR certification. You must stop by the PE office in the next couple of days to get the required paperwork and commit to the certification.

LITERACY CLUB
Attention all Grade 10 and 11 students! The next session of the Literacy Club will take place tomorrow in Room 161 from 3pm-4pm. Be sure to bring a friend! Snacks will be provided! Again, that’s tomorrow in Room 161 from 3pm-4pm. See you there!

PEER TUTORING SERVICES
Peer Tutoring Services: Peer Tutors are asked to meet in Room 151 for a brief meeting today at the beginning of lunch. 

BOYS HOCKEY
The senior boy's team ended the year with a win over St. Annes 5-2. Adrian McBride had a solid performance in goal and Ashton Anderson had the winning goal. Jack Pollinger score our first goal and The Magician Noah Morneau had the other 3 goals. The first game of the playoffs will be next Tuesday starting at 2:30 in the Vollmer Arena. There will be a team meeting tomorrow during lunch in room 160.

GIRLS HOCKEY
Please dismiss members of the girl's hockey team at 2:30pm on Wednesday for their playoff game against Holy Names at WFCU. Good luck girls!

SENIOR BOYS BASKETBALL
This is a reminder of the Senior Boys Basketball game in our gym Thursday night at 7pm. Let's fill that gym lasers!

UPCYCLED CLIMATE CLUB
