NEW YORK TRIP
There will be a mandatory New York meeting today at lunch in room 257.  All students attending the trip must attend this meeting.

 FITNESS ROOM
Please note the fitness room will not be open today after school.

 WRESTLING
We are so proud of each of our wrestlers because they all fought very well yesterday at the WECSSAA tournament. After three months of dedication and hard work, 8 of our wrestlers have qualified to compete at SWOSSAA next week. Silver medals were won by Angelina Aziz, Bianca Luciani, and Raiden Landry. Bronze medals were won by Evan Fransen, Kaelyn Kapsalis, and Miranda Iacobini. Way to go team!  

 BADMINTON TEAM
First cuts for the badminton team have been posted on the bulletin board outside the Phys. ed. office. The practice is at 7:30 tonight.

 LASER NEWS
There will be a mandatory meeting for all writers today at lunch in room 258. New writers are welcome!

 LITERACY CLUB
Attention all Grade 10 students! On Tuesday, February 18th the first Literacy Club meeting will take place in Room 161 from 3pm-4pm. Please make sure to return the invitation that you received in your homeroom class to the mail slot located outside of Room 161. Meetings will begin Tuesday, February 18th and continue every Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm-4pm. Snacks will be provided! Looking forward to seeing you there!

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
