FRENCH AND MUISC TRIP 2019

Next year, there will be a unique and exciting school trip planned for students who are:
1. in grade 10, 11, 12
2. studying music, or in concert band
3. studying French or French immersion


There will be a meeting this Friday, May 25 in room 201 at lunch!

TRACK TEAM UPDATE

Great news from the SWOSSAA Track Meet in Chatham yesterday:
We have 5 athletes who have qualified for OFSSAA Regionals next week!

Congratulations to the members of the Midget Boys 4 by 100m Relay Team:

And a big congrats to Nicole LaRue for qualifying for a 3rd straight year in a row!

ATHLETIC BANQUET 

Attention all student athletes:  The Athletics Awards Banquet is being held on Tuesday, June 12th in our cafetorium. All athletes and their families are invited, but tickets are limited. Come enjoy a Mr Soks meal and help us to recognize the excellence in our student athletes. Tickets are $10 and are available at the Phys ed office

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
