SENIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL
This past weekend, the Senior Boys Volleyball team played in the Fanshawe tournament in London.  Despite some rough patches and missing a few key players, the Lasers pulled together and began to show cohesion and teamwork. On the first day of pool play, the Lasers had an impressive record of 5-1, putting them in first place in their pool.  Saturday's first game against Chatham's Ursuline College was challenging, but the Lasers were able to pull out a victory, which brought them to a difficult semi-final match against an impressive Stratford team.  The Lasers played well, but unfortunately, lost a close match. Congratulations to Anthony Ivanovski who was named a tournament All-Star.  He was recognized by other coaches for his talent and outstanding play. Great job boys! Stay tuned for information on when the season begins!
