JUNIOR BOYS SOCCER
A reminder the first junior boys soccer tryout takes place today after school on the small field. Come dressed and ready to start for 3:00PM.

JUNIOR GIRLS SOCCER
Any grade 9 and 10 girls who are interested in trying out for junior girls soccer please come prepared for next week's tryouts on Tuesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 18.  Please meet in the gym hallway at 3:00 dressed for outdoor practice with soccer cleats and running shoes.  
DANCE RECITAL
This is another reminder to all Period 4 classes - The dance recital will take place during period 4 on Wednesday, April 17th for a whole-class $2 buy out.  You will get to see award winning dances from the Laser Dance team, as well as dance class performances. Period 4 teachers, please fill out the Google form for this show or e-mail Mrs. D'Alimonte as soon as possible.  Thank you!
STRATFORD
Senior students interested in going to Stratford on Wednesday, May 15 can pick up a permission form in room 208 from Dr. Brode. This year's play is Othello, a tragedy.  
You can submit payment at any time. If you have any questions, please ask Dr. Brode.

SENIOR BOYS SOCCER
A reminder to members of the Senior Boys' Soccer team, there is a mandatory meeting at lunch today in room 257. If there are any concerns please contact Mr. Castagna.


SENIOR GIRLS SOCCER
The Senior Girls soccer team travelled to Montrose, Michigan on Saturday and came home as tournament Bronze Medallists with a win, two ties and a loss.

Scoring for the Lasers was Katie McAnally on a penalty kick in a 1-0 win over Kearsley, while Skyla Scarel earned the shutout. The team also played to two scoreless draws against Montrose and Bad Axe with Miranda Iacobini earning both shutouts. The lone loss of the day was a 2-0 defeat at the hands of tournament champion Birch Run. It was a great day for your senior girls and Katie McAnally and Taylor Ryan were named to the tournament all star team.


CHOIR
Attention singers... There is no choir practice today at lunch. Once again, choir practice at lunch today is cancelled... See you Thursday!

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
