EUROPE TRIP
All students going on the 2019 Europe Trip and any students who still are interested in going on the Europe Trip and haven't signed up yet:

SWIM TEAM
This is a reminder for anyone interested in Swim Team that there will be a brief meeting in Room 254 as soon as the bell goes.


LOST AND FOUND
A gold bracelet was found in the hallway at the end of the day on Wednesday.  Please report to the attendance office to identify it.


MODEL UN
Attention all students: There is a meeting for any students who are interested in debating and would like to join the Model UN Debate Team today after school in room 155. We are looking at going to Michigan for two debates this year as well as participating in the University of Windsor Model UN Debate. Do you like discussing world issues and politics? Then this is the group for you. We need students from all grade levels and first-time debaters are welcome. We will teach you how to debate! Please see Ms. Touma in room 155 for more information.

TERRY FOX WALK
The Tecumseh Terry Fox Walk/Run is looking for student volunteers this Sunday, September 16 at Green Acres Park in Tecumseh. If interested, please report to the volunteer table at 8:15 a.m. Bring your volunteer sheet to be signed. More information is posted outside the Phys. Ed. Office.

BEST BUDDIES
Just a reminder Interview applications are due today by the end of the day in Core Services.  

FOOTBALL
Anyone in grades 9 or 10 wishing to join the Laser Junior Football team should report to the locker room after school today.  You DO NOT need any experience. That is what coaches are for.  All you need is the courage and dedication to join a program of awesome endurance.  You will gain friendships brought fourth from a shared daily struggle of weather and aggressive contact.  You will have these memories for life.  The coaches look forward to seeing you after school.

LASER NEWS 
There will be a meeting tomorrow at lunch in Room 212 for all new and current Laser News members. Anyone else who is interested in writing, photography, and social media are welcome to attend. Attendance is mandatory, so please bring your lunch with you.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
