MATH HELP
This message is for all students currently enrolled in any math course this semester. Math homework help is now available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 3:00 to 4:00pm, in Room 218. All students are welcome!  

FROZEN YOGURT
Don't forget to bring in your $2.50 to buy a Nucelli's Frozen Yogurt at lunchtime in Room 111 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Try one of our great flavours.  There's strawberry, skittles, raspberry, cotton candy and oreo to choose from.  Come and enjoy a frozen yogurt on Tuesdays and Thursdays and support the Life Skills Program.  Thank you!!

TEDX DETROIT
Mr. Gilbert has a 30 second announcement to inform students of the Business SHSM meeting today at the beginning of lunch in Room 253.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB
Attention All Students: The meeting for the Environmental Club today after school is cancelled. We will meet Wednesday after school instead. 


COMPLIMENT CARDS
Want to tell your friends just how great they are? At lunch, the Social Justice Club will be at a table in the atrium so you can write your friend a compliment. On Friday, during per. 1, the cards will be handed out to homeroom classes. Compliment cards can be filled out until Thursday at the end of lunch. 


TENNIS TEAM
Attention tennis fans and players. There will be THREE mandatory practices this week as we prepare for the upcoming tournament on October 2nd. Practices will be held at Forest Glade Courts today (Monday) Thursday and Friday. You must be there tonight in order to finalize our roster. Again practice Tonight at 3:20 PM as well as Thursday and Friday. Please see Mr. Robillard if you can not attend.


CROSS COUNTRY
A reminder that money for shirts as well as money and permission forms for training camp are both due no later than tomorrow.


MUSKOKA
All students who applied to be a Fall Muskoka leader are to check their mytools2go email ASAP. 


LASER NEWS
To all Laser News members doing social media, there will be a brief meeting today at lunch in the Learning Commons. Attendance is mandatory, you will be getting your posting schedules today for the month of October.


ORANGE SHIRT DAY
This Friday (September 28th), Lasers are encouraged to wear an orange shirt with uniform bottoms in honour of those who perished, were harmed, and are missing from residential schools. The orange shirt MUST be worn with uniform bottoms.

CHOIR PRACTICE
ATTENTION SINGERS!!


There is a choir practice today, at lunch, in Room 212 for ANYONE who likes to or wants to sing. Come out and have some fun!

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
