SENIOR BOYS SOCCER

Laser Nation the Senior Boys' Soccer team is calling you to support their playoff run towards a "Double A" crowning. 

This Thursday the boys play their quarter final match at 3:30 PM on our campus against the ferocious Leamington Lions. 

With that, staff please dismiss the members of the team at 2:40 PM. If there are any concerns please see Mr. Castagna.

SAC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ELECTIONS

Any student who is interested in running for Executive Council for S.A.C. next year must attend a very important meeting today at lunch in room 154 to pick up their Election Packages.

That's any student interested in running for SAC Executive Council- please meet in room 154 today for an important information event!

WECSSAA TRACK & FIELD

The first day of WECSSAA track and field competition resulted in some excellent races overall for our Lasers and personal best efforts from grade nine athletes Natalie Haney and Brian Tonkin.


The following athletes had top 8 results and will be moving on to next week's SWOSSAA competition:

Justus Cesar with a second place finish in the senior 100m
Thomas Kennedy 2nd place in senior javelin
Owen Lalonde 3rd place in senior javelin
Nicole LaRue 1st place in the junior 1500m.


Day 2 today has many more of our Lasers competing and we're looking forward to some outstanding results.

SENIOR GIRL SOCCER

The senior girls soccer team beat Amherst in their first round of playoffs lastnight by a score of 1-0 with a timely goal by Semera Riccardi. 

Great job to our defense and our keeper Athena Dimario Done on the shut out. 

Great hustle by Vanessa Viselli, Nicole Stenger, Alessia Colarossi and Taylor Ryan. 

The girls take on Essex tomorrow night. They are to be released at 2:15 tomorrow.

JUNIOR GIRLS SOCCER

There is a mandatory Junior Girls soccer meeting in room 212 at lunch today.
