STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS
A reminder for anyone interested in running for next year's Student Council that all forms are due to Campus Ministry by 3pm today in order to be eligible.
APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you are a graduating student and have an interest in a Tool and Die Apprenticeship, there is an opportunity waiting for you.  Manor Tool & Die, Sigma Engineering and Lakeshore Stamping of the Max Die Group are looking for young people interested in a career in the Tool and Die Industry.  If you would like to know more about this program please see Ms. Gilbert in guidance as soon as possible.
TED-ED MEETING
TED Ed Meeting on Thursday, May 30 in room 208. Once again, TED Ed Club meeting on Thursday at lunch. Bring a written copy or printed copy of your Ted Talk. 
NEW YORK TRIP
There will be a very important parent meeting on Thursday, May 30th at 6:00 for all those interested in attending the New York trip next year. It is important that parents attend this meeting.
EVENING OF EXCELLENCE
Teachers, please be sure to check your email and fill out the forms for students that fit the criteria's outlined in the form for Major awards for our Evening of Excellence June 12th.  Our deadline is today at 3pm so if you could take a few a minutes to fill those forms out it would be much appreciated.  Thanks

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
