STAFF LUNCHEON

This is a reminder that the hospitality class will be providing our monthly luncheon buffet in the staffroom today. All staff are welcome. Menu is on the website.

There will be an important prom committee meeting today at lunch in room 154.  Please be prompt

BADMINTON

The Senior Badminton participated at the WSSAA City Tournament yesterday at St. Clair College.

Everyone played were well
.
A special congratulations goes out to  Kyle Cruz and Jasmin Goulet for winning a gold metal in mixed doubles, and Tina Dobos for winning a bronze metal in girls singles.

These teams move on to WECSSAA in 2 weeks.

There will be NO concert band rehearsals after school today.
Concert band rehearsals have been canceled for today after school.

PROM TICKETS

Prom tickets will be sold  from April 18 to April 24. In order to purchase a ticket you need to have a signed contract and your community hours completed

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
