ROBOTICS
The robotics team will be meeting after school to begin working on programming and practice with our lego robots. Please come to room 168 (auto shop) if you are a current team member or you might be interested in joining our robotics team.
Attention Grade 10 and 11 Students:
The Military Cooperative Education program will be available again next school year!  This is a unique placement where you can earn 4 high school credits and a wage. This opportunity introduces you to the diverse career opportunities in the Canadian Armed Forces and provides a challenging and rewarding experience! Limited seats are available and the time line for applying is now. Recruiters will be at the school on Monday April 3rd during period 2 to deliver their message and give you more details. Please sign up in the guidance office to attend this presentation.

WE PROJECT/ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
Attention All Students: There is a meeting for the WE Project/St. Vincent DePaul Youth Society today at lunch in room 155. We will be working on final plans for next week's event so all members are needed for this. Please bring your lunch and join us in room 155.

MODEL UN
Attention All Members of the Model UN Debate Team: There is a meeting today after school in room 155. Please bring your information booklets that you were given last week, so we can begin doing more research today. Please see Ms. Touma in room 155 with any questions or concerns,

OSSLT

The Grade 10 Literacy Test is tomorrow on Thursday, March 30th.  All students writing the test are reminded to report directly to the gymnasium or their test location.  Remember to check the lists posted on the attendance office window.  Get some rest, eat a good breakfast and bring a pencil or blue or black pen.  You've got this, Lasers!

If you are in a Grade 10 class, but not writing the test, please report to Room 205 for attendance.  Please bring work for a study period.  If you are in a split class, report to your classroom during your regularly scheduled class period.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
