 JUNIOR GIRLS SOCCER

There will be a Junior Girls Soccer Practice today after school.
Please meet in front of the Phys. Ed. Office and be sure to have your indoor and outdoor shoes ready- practice location will depend on the weather.
Also, be sure to accept the invitation to the Google Classroom in order to keep up with team announcements and updates. See you after school!

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING 

This is a reminder that after school tutoring will take place after school each day this week from 3pm-4pm. 
With Midterms quickly approaching, now is the time to get support from qualified, passionate teachers who want to help you succeed! Join us in CORE Services tonight from 3pm-4pm.

VALEDICTORIAN

Congratulations to Angelina Hermes who received the most votes and will be the valedictorian for this year's graduating class. 
Congratulations also goes out to Trevor Heslop who was the runner up and will be Salutatorian. Thank you to all of our candidates.

GIRLS SOFTBALL

Today is the last chance to sign-up for Girls Softball. If you are interested, please scan the QR code outside the Phys Ed office and fill out the form as directed. 

HEALTH AND WELLNESS SHSM

Attention all SHSM students going on the field trip tomorrow to St. Clair college. 
Come pick up a permission form from the phys ed office today.
You must bring that form in the morning tomorrow if you wish to get on the bus.

EXPRESS TO THE TRADES

Windsor Express Basketball Team and local labour unions are hosting a Career Expo on April 20th at the WFCU Centre.  
This is a free event for students and a parent/guardian to learn more about the skilled trades and to enjoy an Express home basketball game.  Register online at windsorexpress.ca

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
