LASER HOCKEY

BOYS HOCKEY

Yesterday afternoon, the boys hockey team faced off against the mighty St. Anne's Saints in a tough road game.

The Laser boys got off to another slow start, allowing some early scoring chances and falling behind 3-0.

The Lasers once again came out dominating the 2nd period and cut the lead to 3-1.

Their strong play continued and they closed the gap to 4-3, but in the end the comeback fell short.

The final score was a 6-3 loss.

Brayden Mayea led the way with 2 goals and 1 assist.

Evan Ferguson had 1 goal and an assist.

Michael Flay and Christian McBride each chipped in with an assist.

Their next contest is tonight at the WFCU centre against the Villanova Wildcats.

Come out and cheer your team on.

Go Lasers!!

GIRLS HOCKEY

The girls hockey team gave it their all yesterday in their game against Lajeunesse.

Our two goals were scored by Zoe Kepran and Camryn Pestru, but the game ended in a 4-2 loss.

The girls are ready to make a comeback when they play Lajeunesse again next Monday at the Ice Park at 3:00.
