BOY'S HOCKEY

 ATTENTION hockey players .

This Thursday, October 26 we will hold our first tryout for the boys hockey team at the WFCU AM 800 rink. NEW START TIME is 3:40 the cost for each tryout is $10. This is a full equipment tryout. Please check your own equipment the night before, you,r parents have enough on their minds. If you have to bring your equipment to school you can drop it off in room 160, the hospitality room.

 STAFF DINING LOUNGE

 The staff dining lounge will have its grand opening on Tuesday in room 160. Check the community calendar for the menu. We will be open on Wednesday and will be closed Thursday for the crepe' sale.

 SCHOLARSHIP WIN

 Congratulations to our grade 10 Careers student Eddie Grimmett who is the recipient of the Harold Hewitt Scholarship from WFCU!!!  Way to go!

 WRESTLING

 Wrestling practise will start Tuesday after school. We will meet in the atrium.
COPA DI RAYO LASER

Copa Di Rayo Laser continues this Wednesday with the first match at 11:42 AM in which Yousif and the 10's battle new-comers S.O.P.'s; followed by LFC against No Name FC at 11:55 AM. All players must be in proper indoor soccer attire, and all spectators are reminded that no food is allowed in the gym. If there are any concerns please see Mr. Castagna.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
