COMMUNITY SERVICE

 Please check the volunteer board outside of the Main office for volunteer opportunities.  

 The Optimist Club of Forest Glade is hosting a Halloween Party on Sunday October 23rd.  

 Volunteers are needed to help set up, run events and clean up.  

 The Multicultural Council of Windsor is also looking for after school volunteers Monday to Friday.

Attention All Students : there is a meeting for the WE PROJECT today at lunch in room 155.

 We are working on plans for the Halloween for Hunger Event. 

 Please come out and help us plan and organize this activity. Bring your lunch and join us in room 155.
BLOOD DRIVE

 Our next Blood Drive is fast approaching! 

 Sign up today to donate Blood on October 25. 

 If you are 17 years old or older please donate blood and help save lives! 

 Sign up today, at lunch, in front of the Guidance Office.

 PRAISE TEAM

 Attention all members of the Praise Team.


 Rehearsals will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.

 We will be rehearsing at lunch in the chapel on Tuesday and Wednesday.

 On Thursday, the rehearsal will be in the music room.  

 You will be dismissed from period 2 at 11:15, to allow for an extended rehearsal on Thursday.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
