 Please be advised that Wayne State University will be visiting our school at lunch outside of the Guidance office on  Thursday October 20th

 This date is new to your post-secondary calendar of events.

 University of  Windsor
Attention university bound students. The University of Windsor will be at St. Joseph's on Tuesday, October 18th in the cafetorium during p. 2 for a presentation. 

If you do not have a period 2 grade 12 university class you can sign up in the Guidance office to attend. 

Students on spare are welcome to join without signing up.

 School Play

Attention all students!
Unfortunately, the auditions for the school play have been postponed until further notice.  Please stay tuned to the morning announcements for furhter updates.

Concert Band
Concert band members....there will be NO rehearsal because of the strike.  Concert band members are asked to NOT come morning for practice.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
