ANNOUNCEMENTS

THANKSGIVING CAN DRIVE

The St. Vincent de Paul Society from Our Lady of the Atonement Parish has reached out and asked us for assistance in filling their shelves with nonperishable food. Next week we are inviting all staff and students who are able to bring in donations of nonperishable food items. Donations will be collected from homeroom classes immediately after morning Prayer next week. Anyone who does not have a homeroom or is offsite period 1 may bring donations to the Chapel at any time.

We will be presenting the donations to Fr. Rob at our Thanksgiving Mass on Friday.

JR. GIRLS BASKETBALL

Last night, our junior girls basketball team took on the Holy Names Knights. Although we didn't come out with a win, they battled until the very end. Maya Vonella lead the scoring with 8 points while Abbey Jamieson, Grace McClounie and Cora Mastromattei crashed the boards on both ends of the court.

JR. BOYS VOLLEYBALL

The Jr. Boys Volleyball team came out of the gate strong on Thursday winning their first set against Holy Names. With the momentum of the game going back and forth, they were unable to grab the next two sets. Wish the boys luck in their Essex tournament this weekend!

SR. BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Last night, the senior boys played an intense match against Holy Names. It was a really close game. The boys lost the first set 22-25, then won the second set 26-24, but unfortunately lost the last set 23-25.

Great playing boys! You’ll get them next time.

Remember practice on Monday at 4:30.

LASER FOOTBALL

Congrats to the St Joe’s football team who played a fantastic game against Northstar bringing home their first win of the season. Everyone showed great strength and made all the coaches extremely proud.  Onto the next Double-u boys!
