Modern Languages Department

 Bonjour to  all students:

 There is Free French Tutoring Available from the French Department.

 All students are welcome to take advantage of these sessions to improve their speaking, writing, reading or listening skills.

 FIELD TRIP

 Just a reminder to all students attending the World Of Choices Field trip tomorrow at the Fogolar Furlan-  The bus will be leaving the school at 8:30am.  Please arrive on time and in business casual attire.
MS. TOUMA'S RELIGION CLASS

Attention Ms. Touma's grade 12 period 4 religion class.  The regularly scheduled grade 12 retreat to Oxley will take place this Wednesday November 23rd.  That's all Ms. Touma's grade 12, period 4 religion class will be on retreat this Wednesday.

University Visits

Attention all graduating students, the University of Ottawa representative will be at St. Joseph's on Today at lunch in the Atrium.  Any student considering going to the University of Ottawa is encouraged to see the rep in the atrium at lunch today.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
