BEST BUDDIES

Attention all members of Best Buddies, there will be a mandatory meeting at lunch on Thursday, December 7 in room 153 to discuss the December event. If there are any issues in attending please see Mr. Castagna in CORE Services.

The Copa di Rayo Laser campaign continues this Wednesday with the following games:
Waleam FC vs LFC at 11:42 AM
Net Six and Chill vs No Name FC at 11:55 AM

POETRY IN VOICE

All students competing in the Poetry in Voice school contest this Friday are reminded that the titles and order of their poems are due at the end of the day today.  Please see Mrs. Koppeser or your English teacher with your selections.  Good luck to all reciters Friday!

DANCE TEAM

The roster for the 2017/2018 Dance Team will be posted on the wall next to the stage entrance in the Arts Hallway. All Dance members are asked to check the list to see if your name is on it and make sure the information is accurate. If you should be on the list but don't see your name or if you signed up in the beginning but have since changed your mind and your name is still on the list - please see Miss Donais in room 254 at lunch today.
Fees for Dance fest are past due. We will be sending in the first roster of names this Friday. If you have not paid, please do so by then.

Dance Team will practice at the regular time on Tuesday but practice is moved to 6:00 - 8:00 for Grade 8 night, Thursday, December 7th.

GIRLS IN MOTION

Attention all LADY LASERS!!

A reminder to take advantage of an awesome opportunity.

Tuesdays after school are being set aside for GIRLS IN MOTION activities. Join us tomorrow at 300 in Mme. Tomacelli's room for a yoga session. A perfect way to be active, relieve stress and socialize with other girls in the school. Bring a change of clothes and join us upstairs Tuesday at 300.

LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN DRIVE DRESSDOWN Attention lasers! The STJustice Club would like to thank you for your outstanding participation and generosity in this year’s AM800 can drive, bringing the win with the most donations in all of Windsor-Essex. As promised, there will be a full dress down this Wednesday, January 18th.   DANCE TEAM A reminder to the dance team that we have a morning practice TOMORROW Jan 17th. WRESTLING TEAM The Laser Wrestling Team travelled to Sarnia to compete last Saturday. Bringing home Gold medals were Jaclyn Lacoboni and Daniel Piccolo, Silver medals were Joy Uchenna and David Ferro, and a Bronze medal was Evan Fransen. Anthony Mailloux took fourth place. Everyone fought well and fought hard. Despite his injury, Max Thibault demonstrated great composure and class, and showed everyone the fierce spirit of our school. If you see any of our wrestlers in the hallway, congratulate them and perhaps come out to support them at the next tournament this Saturday

 LASER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS QUEBEC TRIP Everyone who is going on the Quebec Trip, we will be having a meeting TOMORROW at lunch in room 203.  NEW YORK TRIP There will be a mandatory meeting for all those attending the New York trip tomorrow at lunch in room 261. Please bring your fundraiser order forms and money.  DRAMA SWAG  St. Joes Drama Community. Today is the last day to submit your money for this round of Drama t-shirt and hoodie orders. Please have your money in to the main office by the end of lunch today and make sure your order has been placed on our Google Classroom. Orders will go in today and are expected to arrive within a week.
